Our Still Waters retreat will refresh, revive and reset you, but it doesn’t have to end there.

Real transformation comes over time, through sustainable rhythms, quiet shifts and gentle accountability. This is why we created our Living Still Waters program — to help you to experience lasting change.

By the end of six weeks, you’ll have integrated Jesus’ rest a little more into your wonderfully full life. You’ll have practiced it, protected it, and learned how to live from it.

Over the six weeks following your retreat, you’ll deepen what you discovered—learning how to weave rest into your everyday life with structure, support, and soul-nourishing rhythms.

With weekly devotionals and reflections, additional live teaching with Q&A, and access to a like-hearted community, you’ll be gently guided to build a life — not just a weekend — that flows from peace, not pressure. Rest, not rush.

EACH WEEK INCLUDES:

  • An Anchoring Verse to centre your heart.

  • A Guided Reflection (short, theologically rich, spiritually reflective).

  • Questions to Begin the Week to frame your journey.

  • A Practice to live out through the week.

  • Questions to End the Week to process your learning.

  • Mark Reading Plan: watch how Jesus Himself embodies the week’s theme.

IN ADDITION:

  • A group session (on zoom) with an experienced life coach Ruth Brown

  • Two live teaching sessions (on zoom) with Pastor and Writer Ben Bluemel
